Bhanu is a dedicated professional whose passion for helping others ignited at a young age. Her early experiences in care settings solidified her calling, leading her to become a skilled Occupational Therapist with a specialisation in sensory processing, autism, adult age mental health, learning disabilities and older adults mental health.
With over 18 years of experience, Bhanu has empowered countless individuals across diverse settings to achieve independence. Her focus lies in supporting those facing physical and mental health challenges, sensory processing difficulties, brain injuries, and complex mental health conditions.
Driven by an unwavering commitment to quality care, Bhanu has honed her expertise through various management roles, culminating in the establishment of her own thriving supported living and home care services. These services now flourish across Berkshire and are expanding to neighbouring counties.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Bhanu cherishes spending quality time with her family and friends and exploring new horizons. Her adventurous spirit is also reflected in her passion for snorkelling and scuba diving.

Natalie Thomas-Calvilarelle
Chief Operating Officer (COO), Clinical Lead, OT BSC, Compliments & Complaints Officer
Natalie is a highly experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) with 18 years of expertise, including 16 years within the NHS. Her diverse background spans acute physical wards, rehabilitation wards, and specialist schools for learning disabilities.She has also held senior OT roles in an inpatient drug and alcohol unit and community paediatrics.
Natalie’s passion lies in fostering independence and empowering individuals to live fulfilling lives. She is dedicated to delivering holistic, evidence-based support and enjoys collaborating with clients to set achievable SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Timed) goals. She is also actively implementing standardised outcome measures to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Alifya Saifuddin
CQC Registered Manager
Alifya has over 20 years of experience working with diverse age groups. She began her career as a remedial and assistant speech therapist in Pakistan after earning her B.Sc. from Karachi University.
In this role, she worked with children of all age with special needs using a multifaceted approach to tailor interventions plans to each child’s specific needs. She helped students improve their attention skills, phonetic awareness, and basic concepts like logical and analytical skills, enhancing their overall performance in mainstream schools.
Over the past decade, Alifya transitioned into the UK care home industry, where she progressed to a managerial role. During her time in the UK, she completed an Access to Teaching (HE) course, QCF Level 5 Management in Health and Social Care (2017-2018), HABC Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care in Children, and QCF (Adults’ Advanced Practice) in Young People’s Services.
In her various leadership roles, Alifya has managed the care of complex patients in various sectors. Her extensive experience in education and service development is evident through her professional and volunteer work.

Charlotte Gillatt
Operational Lead
Charlotte is an Operational Lead at Uniq Healthcare and continuing her studies in Adult Care, Level 5 in Health and Social Care. Charlotte started her career in the travel and leisure industry where she held management responsibilities.
Charlotte then started caring for her farther who incurred a brain injury. This inspired and determined Charlotte to support others who were struggling with their independence and to work closely in develop their independence skills. During this period Charlotte started studying counselling and learnt different skills and techniques to support others.
This then led Charlotte to start working in a nursing home and undertook further education in adult health care.
Charlotte has been working with Uniq for the past 4 years where she started her career as a Support Worker. Charlotte has a vast number of responsibilities within the organisation from recruitment, quality assurance, training, accommodation and operations. Charlotte has experience in management and caregiving. Charlotte drives the operational efficiency, enhancing quality assurance and fostering a supportive team environment. Builds on strong relationships with staff and clients while implementing effective strategies. Charlotte is committed to continuous learning and professional develop to delivering expectational care and support.
Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys spending time with her family especially her niece, baking cakes for celebrations and participating in crafts where she makes personalised gifts for others.

Dr Raj is a highly experienced Consultant Psychiatrist with a distinguished career spanning both the UK and India. Having qualified as a doctor in Bangalore, he embarked on his psychiatric journey in Surrey before completing his specialist training at South West London St George’s NHS Trust.
His comprehensive experience across adult, old age, child and adolescent mental health, forensic psychiatry, and learning disability psychiatry has equipped him with a deep understanding of complex mental health conditions. Dr Raj’s particular expertise lies in neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
Throughout his career, Dr Raj has held leadership positions, managing complex mental health patients in both private and public settings.
